The shopping centre Unimall, which is owned by Centre Point, will be completed towards the end of the year. It will be located near the Eliava Market. The mall will be situated on three floors. The painting work will resume next week, while 80% of all the interior works have already been completed. The only significant problem facing Unimall is the space on the other side of the building, which had been sold off by the Mayor’s Office, and on which a petrol station is now being built. This will create a shortage of parking spaces. Centre Point handed the Unimall project over to the company Dexus in 2010, but reclaimed it this year.
