TV3 can excluseively reveal that several transport companies are planning to join the development company Arsi and the fast payment company Nova Technologies in taking legal action against the Bank of Georgia. The acting Director of Arsi has confirmed that talks are ongoing with Nova Technologies and the transport companies, whom he has declined to name. The Director states that a joint letter of complaint is being drafted, and the Bank of Georgia will have to respond to allegations in court in the near future. All the companies in question are accusing the BOG of monopolising the market and attempting to artificially drive the rivals to bankruptcy.
