According to TV3’s information, the delayed works on the construction of the multifunctional complex Pirimze Plaza have now been completed. Pirimze was one of the properties whose owners were involved in legal disputes with the Kartu Bank. Recently, a court ruled in Kartu Bank’s favour and ordered Pirimze’s owners to pay the bank 7 million GEL. A shareholder in the Shopping Centre, Laura Ghachava, states that only the first floor of the mall is currently operating, allowing customers to shop for electronics and various accessories. Pirimze is also home to several automobile centres. The multifunctional complex is set to become fully operational in September, through the addition of numerous stores and business offices, while the top floor of the 8 storey building is set to house a food court.
