A lawyer representing the TBC Bank has responded to the allegations made by the former owner of Elit Electronics, Anzor Kokoladze. The dispute between TBC and Elit Electronics began in 2007. Mr. Kokoladze insists that the company had been taken away from him through TBC’s and Davit Kezerashvili’s involvement, who have also appointed the people currently managing Elit Electronics. The lawyer Gocha Svanidze has told TV3 that the issue will be decided by a court. He adds that in spite of Mr. Kokoladze’s appeal to the Chief Prosecutor’s Office, he is not aware of any TBC personnel having been questioned so far.
