The Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia and Hewlett-Packard (HP) have signed a Letter of Intent, according to which HP plans to establish an IT shared services center in Georgia.
In the first phase it is planned that this center will provide IT services to all state-owned organizations.  The decision to consolidate the delivery of IT services by government organizations to this HP center is based on global best practices, and is expected to reduce existing IT expenses of those organizations by 20% while improving the quality …
