Following the revelations in the Centre Point case, the company Dexus’s alleged attempts at taking over the management of another development company, the Olympic Star, has once again become a topic of discussion. However, the Olympic Star representative Lela Razikashvili has told TV3 that the conflict between her company and Dexus is a matter of the past. According to her, an agreement was reached following the change in government on 1 October, and the Olympic Star does not wish to comment any further on its past dealings with Dexus. As for the construction works, Ms. Razikashvili states that the Shartava Street project is currently being amended, to include more apartments at the expense of office space, and that the Olympic Star is to resume the construction works as soon as these changes are confirmed. A spokesman for Dexus has stated that false information had been spread last year about the company’s alleged attempts to force its way into the Olympic Star’s management, and that the issue has been settled by now.
