Protests in Ukraine Continue

The protests in Ukraine continue. Thousands of people spent the night on Independence Square in Kiev. Leaders of the opposition have called upon the protesters to defend their choice and continue the protests.
Leaders of the opposition spent the entire night together with the demonstrators in the centre of Kiev. Meanwhile, the Verkhovna Rada approved the legislation which will lead to the release of opposition activists arrested by law enforcement personnel during the latter’s attempts to disperse the protesters. 19 people were arrested in total, 4 of whom remain in custody.
