The company Rustaveli Property, which owns the former Justice Ministry building, plans to begin the construction of a new five star hotel next year. The head of the company Mindia Gadaev has told TV3 that negotiations are currently ongoing with the European Bank regarding the financing of the project. The financial aspects of the project are expected to be sorted out by the end of this year. Mr. Gadaev states that the hotel brand has already been chosen, but refrains from naming it at this time.
