Mutual Accusations Following the Reception on the Warship

The recent reception that took place on an American warship has become a subject of mutual accusations from members of the current and previous governments. “I hope you are not tied to the enemy of Georgia,” the President Mikheil Saakashvili told Bidzina Ivanishvili during his speech on the warship. According to the Chairman of the Parliament Davit Usupashvili, he had to apologise for the President’s comments. He did not specify what Mr. Saakashvili talked about during his speech, but claims that numerous “inappropriate subjects” were raised by the President.
