One of the world’s most renowned businessmen Mark Mobius has given an interview to Business Insider, where he speaks about his interest towards Georgia.
Mark Mobius visited Tbilisi in August and met members of the government, including the Prime Minister Bidzina Ivanishvili. In the interview, Mr. Mobius states that Georgia has managed to get rid of the old system of governance, making the State’s activities more effective.
However, Mr. Mobius adds that “like elsewhere, forces do exist in Georgia that wish to take the country back to the past.” Moreover, elements of corruption still exist – something that investors need to pay attention to, the businessman adds.
