Will the company Sarajishvili be fined 10 million USD? The company’s assets have been frozen. The manufacturers of alcoholic products are being taken to court by the Optima Group, whose spokesman in Georgia has told TV3 that Sarajishvili broke the terms of an agreement signed in 2011, which afforded Optima exclusive rights to export the company’s products to the Russian market for 5 years. A lawyer representing Sarajishvili has described the charges as absurd, and the freezing of assets as a standard process. The trial is expected to begin in September.
