Increased Business Activity in Infrastructure

The Minister of Infrastructure and Regional Development has reported an increase in activity from businesses in various infrastructural projects. Davit Narmania has told TV3 that business is in a healthy competitive environment in this regard, citing the recently announced tender for the Tbilisi-Rustavi highway as an example. According to Mr. Narmania, more than 20 companies have expressed their desire to participate in the tendering process. The Minister adds that the State control of the process has been increased, which is reflected in the stricter terms of the tender.
