IFC and Canada Support Green Housing Construction and Job Creation in Georgia

(CNA)-IFC, a member of the World Bank Group, and M2 Real Estate, the wholly-owned subsidiary of Bank of Georgia, invite the media to attend the signing of a new loan agreement.
IFC, with the support of the government of Canada, is helping M2 Real Estate develop energy efficient, affordable, and quality housing projects.
The financing will contribute to the expansion of urban infrastructure in Georgia by building high-quality affordable housing in the form of resource efficient apartment buildings.
