The leading jobs websites jobs.ge and hrgworldwide.com have contrasting data on whether or not the amount of job vacancies has increased in Georgia. An HRG spokesman has stated that the number of vacancies in the second financial quarter of 2013 has increased by 20% compared to the first quarter. On the other hand, jobs.ge claim that there had been more activity on the jobs market during the first quarter, than during the second, though they haven’t specified the percentage amount of change. The jobs.ge spokesperson has said that the banking industry has been most proactive in advertising vacancies on the website, although both jobs.ge and HRG agree that generally, the highest amount of jobs activity belongs to the administrative and sales sectors.
