The hypermarket chain Goodwill will close another one of its branches – following the Karvasla shopping centre, Tbilisi Central will also see its Goodwill store cease operating. The store will officially close on 15 July. According to a spokesman for Goodwill, these stores were not profitable, and the company plans to open new branches in the areas in the city with a potential for higher commercial profits. The Vake district has been identified as one such area, where a Goodwill branch will open in a three storey building in September.
