The Security Council secretary Giga Bokeria has described as ‘unfortunate and incomprehensible’ the decision made by the Prime Minister Bidzina Ivanishvili and the Chairman of Parliament Davit Usupashvili with regards to the invitation to attend a Security Council session dealing with creeping occupation. Mr. Bokeria told the Big Politics show that he does not understand what is meant by the terms ‘PR action’ and ‘masquerade’ in relation to the Security Council sessions, which are held behind closed doors.
Bidzina Ivanishvili and Davit Usupashvili had earlier declared that they do not plan to attend the Security Council session.
