Georgian Wine Export to Russian Market will Start in Coming Days

(CNA)-Georgian wine export to Russian market will start in coming days. The announcement was made by Levan Davitahsvili, Chairman of the National Wine Agency. In his words, all the necessary procedures for Georgian wine return on the Russian market are completed. Excise issues started recently, first lines are also ready for Russian export. According to Davitashvili, up to ten companies have applied for excise and two companies have already received it. Georgian wine will be exported to Russia through Larsi checkpoint. As the Chairman of the National Wine Agency says around million bottles will be exported for the beginning, however, the number is growth.
