Georgian Water and Power to be Investigated

Will the Georgian Water and Power case be studied by the investigative agencies? The company which provides service to around 400 000 customers across the capital might have to answer questions from the Tbilisi City Council and the law enforcement agencies. According to the Chairman of the City Council Irakli Shakhiashvili, the water supply company is suspected of extorting money from people. Furthermore, there have been complaints from customers regarding the quality of service. The case is currently in the process of being studied.
A spokesman for Georgian Water and Power has told TV3 that the water supply company provides its customers with high quality service, and would be prepared to answer any questions.
