Tariff reduction on natural gas will come in force from Spring, 2013. The government reduces gas tariff by GEL 0,05 and it will cost 0,46 GEL. The final decision on tariff reduction will be announced by the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources shortly.
According to Kakha Kaladze, Minister of Energy and Natural Resources of Georgia, no new allowances will be imposed on gas tariff, though all other privileges, which worked until now will remain in force. The privileges concern IDPs, whose communal taxes are covered from the State budget.
