Georgian Ice Cream Market

The first broadcast of TV3’s new program Controlled Purchase dealt with the ice cream market. According to its survey, Tolia, Barambo and Gurjaani Ice Cream were identified as the three most popular local brands. Quality and price were the most important factors for the consumers.
The second part of the program was devoted to assessing the product quality of the three brands which emerged on top in the survey. Samples of the products were sent to the Expertise Plus lab for analysis. All three company’s products were found to satisfy all safety standards.
According to the results of the survey, Tolia was found to be the most popular local brand of ice cream, closely followed by Barambo in second place, and Gurjaani Ice Cream in third.
