Georgia’s export made USD 1 million 739 in January-October, 2011, According to the National Statistics of Georgia (GeoStat).

According to Kakha Baindurashvili, the President of the Georgian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GCCI), Georgia’s January-October, 2011 export indicator shows growth tendency. Current data is higher than the 2010 same period indicator ( USD 1221.4 million) and moreover is little less that the total sum of the entire 2009-2010 (USD 2145.5 million).

“Official statistics show that Georgia’s foreign trade turnover increased and export-import indicator is higher than pre-war and pre-crisis volume.
