Anzor Kokoladze reckons that he will have his former company Elit Electronics back in his possession in 2014. The scandals relating to the company began in 2007, when Mr. Kokoladze was imprisoned for fraud. However, he is now certain that the company will be returned to him, after which Elit Electronics and Techno Boom, which it currently owns, will continue to operate separately. Mr. Kokoladze adds that Elit Electronics is currently being managed by people appointed by Davit Kezerashvili and the TBC Bank.
A spokesman for Elit Electronics has stated that Mr. Kokoladze’s plans are not a novelty for them. At this point, the company will continue to operate as normal, but cannot make any predictions regarding Anzor Kokoladze’s prospects of having his former company returned to him.
