The first public review of the country’s economic development strategy project will take place today. It coincides with the National Day of the Economist, and will be hosted by the Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi state University. The project first became public knowledge several months ago, while at a recent press conference, the Prime Minister announced that the mid-term economic development strategy has now been established. The project will be presented by the Finance Minister Nodar Khaduri. Members of the ministerial cabinet, representatives from the National Bank, international donor organisations, the Business Association, as well as independent experts, will take part in the review.
