The National Energy and Water Supply Commission has responded to the Institute for Development of Freedom of Information’s claims that the commission was the most secretive public institution in 2012-2013, labelling them as false. According to an official statement from the commission, all public information is freely accessible to any interested party, and every information request has been processed within the timeframe specified by the legislation. The Energy and Water Supply Commission has expressed its willingness to publish all requests received in 2012-2013, and the commission’s responses to them.
