The 26th round of the Geneva talks has come to the end. The Georgian delegation returned to Tbilisi early this morning. According to its members, the emphasis during the meeting was placed upon the recent installation of barbed wiring at the line of occupation, and upon the needs of the local population.
Other issues discussed included the locals’ freedom of movement, ceasefire agreements, human rights issues in the zone of occupation, and other problematic matters. The next round of talks is scheduled to take place in Geneva in March next year.
