The Deputy Director of Racha Springs Marina Kevlishvili has told MonitorInfo that Egyptian investors were forced to suspend talks with the company due to the current political situation in Egypt, and to delay their involvement on the Georgian market indefinitely.
Ms. Kevlishvili has refrained from revealing any more details on the issue, or the identity of the investors. However, according to her, the Egyptians will await the developments in their homeland, and will restart negotiations at a later date, if they so wish.
The Egyptian company became interested in investing into Racha Springs in June, and apart from developing the brand, was also planning to manufacture various products in Georgia.
