The publishing company Intellect has told TV3 that the government is intentionally trying to force the case into a deadlock. Up to 18 publishers have been protesting for the past four months against the government’s initiative to distribute textbooks in public schools free of charge. According to the Director of Intellect, the case is being heard by the local courts, but there has been no definite action of any kind from their side thus far.
