The businessman Mamia Sanadiradze claims that the company Caucasus Online was unlawfully taken away from him under the previous government. His lawyer has told TV3 that even though the case is currently being studied by the Prosecutor General’s Office, he does not believe the Office to have enough resources to conduct a thorough investigation. According to the lawyer, the new government has not kept its promise to restore justice yet. A spokesman for Caucasus Online has stated that there are no uncertainties surrounding the company whatsoever, and there are no plans for its present owners to either lose or give away their property.
