Bank of Georgia Expands Express Net in the Region

Bank of Georgia, the leading commercial bank in Georgia further expanded its net of Express service centers. New ultra-modern design service centers will offer fast and simple services to consumers in Kutaisi at 115 Tabukashvili Str.

Express service centers are divided into two sectors: a Service Zone (where customers are served by cashiers and tellers) and a Self-Service Zone (24 hour access to Internet Banking terminal, PayBox and ATM.)

Express Service Zone where clients are served by cashiers and tellers are open every day from 9 am to 9 pm during work days and from 10 am to 6 pm- on weekends.

At Express service centers clients are able to quickly and simply register the products specially created for the Express service centers, such as the Express Package (that contains an Express Card, multicurrency account, internet banking, SMS banking), also Express Account and fill in an application for the Express Credit. In addition, other Bank of Georgia products will be offered to the customers: American Express Blue Card, Orange Card, mobile banking, telephone banking, tax form, automatic payments, insurance and e-savings box activation.

6 people were employed at Bank of Georgia’s new Express service center.

In total 40 people are employed at Bank of Georgia’s new Express service centers. Currently, Bank of Georgia operates 27 service centers.
