Armenian Business Woman Killed in Moscow

March 1, 2012- Armenian Irina Ziroyan, owner of Tanuki restaurant, has been shot dead today when leaving her restaurant. Her bodyguard has suffered a serious gunshot.

According to RIA Novosti, law enforcement officials described the assassination as ordered, as the killers have shot on her head and left.

It’s reported the killers were aware of her schedule and have been following her.

According to the restaurant employees, the 52-year-old business lady ended her dinner and hurried to a business meeting. However, when she came out of the restaurant with her bodyguard, she was shot dead at the scene. Her bodyguard is critical, Life News reports.

Ziroyan was the Director General of Varshavsky Trade Center, network of Tanuki Japanese restaurants, as well as a beauty salon. Law enforcers claim the crime looks like a contract killing, RIA Novosti reports.
