Al Naser Airlines to Conduct Flights to Tbilisi
A new airline is set to conduct regular scheduled flights to the Tbilisi International Airport during the summer season. The Iraqi Al Naser Airlines will be operating flights to 3 different destinations.
Flights on the Najaf-Tbilisi, Basra-Tbilisi and Baghdad-Tbilisi routes will be conducted 5 times a week in the afternoon. Passengers will be served by an MD-82 type aircraft.
Al Naser Airlines is a recently established airline, and the first privately owned airline in Iraq’s history. The company conducts flights both locally and internationally, to countries in the Middle East and the Far East.
Apart from Al Naser, two other airlines have begun operating flights to the Tbilisi Airport during the summer season, namely the Ukrainian Aironix Airlines, and the Israeli Israir Airlines.
