Agreement Reached on Imports of Cheap Oil from Turkmenistan

According to the information obtained by TV3, an agreement has been reached with Azerbaijan to import oil originating from Turkmenistan at liberal corridor terms. The Energy Minister Kakha Kaladze had first told TV3 about the government’s plans to import cheap fuel from Turkmenistan several days ago. Today, the minister explained that the opening of the new transit route will lead to a further lowering of prices on petrol. According to him, the fuel prices are already noticeably lower now than they were under the previous government.
