A New Hotel Complex to be Built in Anaklia, Georgia

A new hotel complex will be built in Anaklia, Georgia’s Black Sea Coast resort. Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia has signed an agreement with an Indian company, which owns hotels in many countries.The project has been designed by India`s leading architects.The construction is expected to start in October, 2012 and last until fall, 2014.

USD 10 million will be invested in the project, which plans the construction of 54 hotel rooms, 98 cottages, among them 8 on Enguri River at Georgia`s breakaway region of Abkhazia.

The complex will also include a lagoon-type artificial lake and various pools, a unique spa center, restaurants, bars, night-clubs, a casino, tennis courts, children`s playgrounds.
