Ministry of Finance of Georgia to Host a Government Delegation from Kirgizstan

February 21, 2012- A government delegation from Kirgizstan, headed by Adlilbeg Kasymaliev, first Deputy Minister of Economy of Kirgizstan met with Dimitry Gvindadze, the Minister of Finance of Georgia. Representatives from the Ministry of Economy of Kirgizstan and heads of Central Bank’s leading departments accompanied Kasymaliev during the meeting.

Georgian Finance Minister informed the guests about the reforms carried out by the Georgian government. One of the topics for discussion was also bilateral relations between the countries.

“There’s a growth interest in our reforms as more and more delegations are arriving in Georgia from post Soviet Union area and Central and Eastern Europe,” declared the Minister of Finance of Georgia.

This is the second visit of the government delegation of Kirgizstan hosted by The International School of Economics at Tbilisi State University (ISET). The first visit took place in October, 2011.

Till February 24 the government delegation of Kirgizstan will visit state bodies, meeting will be held at the Revenue Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia. The delegation will also visit the service center of the Revenue Service.
